[Avon Walk for Breast Cancer] Starting Out

I woke up this morning jazzed about my decision. I walked for about a mile, and, brrrr, it was cold at 5:30 a.m. I'm looking forward to getting in shape - (another one of my goals). Toting my kids to and from school, soccer, dance and playgroups paired with long hours of sitting at my desk has left a little soft. Luckily, I have started working out four days a week, but now it's time to step it up by working out 7-days a week.

For those of you who want to train with me, here's your challenge:

Each day commit to doing one for of physical exercise - pop in an exercise video or hit the gym, play ball with your kids or just park in the further stall at the grocery store. Whatever it is, get moving!

I also sent out my first fundraising letter to a powerful group of women authors at Wyatt-Mackenzie. And, already the have stepped up to contribute to finding a cure. Thanks ladies! Next up, sending the letter out to all my friends and family. Fundraising is a little daunting, but I feel confident that I can reach and exceed my goal of $1800.
