Hi friends,

Two posts in one day - oh my, I'm certainly on a roll. Now if I can generate that same enthusiasm towards the stack of papers looming on my desk, I'd be one happy camper.

Here it is mid-April, and I still have $450 to go to meet my goal of $1800. I was hoping to have all the fundraising finished by the end of March but that didn't quite happen. At times, I feel discouraged, but it just means I need to get more creative. If you know anyone who would like to help out, please let them know they can donate online by going to AvonWalk.org and click on Donate. Choose Denver and search on my name Julie Smith. It's that easy, and it is very appreciated. Other ways I will be generating the funds is through Pay It Forward Parties with independent distributors. Both Slumber Parties by Kelly and Homemade Gourmet by Linda are donating 10% of their sales from certain parties towards the walk. If you have any ideas, please feel free to post them here. I'd love to hear about them!
