[Avon Walk for Breast Cancer] Week Two Training Challenge

Last week was my first full week of training and fundraising for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. It was exciting and exhausting, but I feel so motivated by the support I've received.

To train for the walk, I need to exercise each week. I almost did that - I skipped two days. No good reason why - I was just L-A-Z-Y. I did make up for it on the weekend, though. I rode my stationary bike for 5 miles and walked on Saturday and walked another 2 miles on Sunday. Sunday was one of those phenomenally beautiful days in Colorado. I felt like I could've walked forever.

If you are following along with my training, here is your Week 2 Challenge.

Week 2 Challenge: Do something - anything - everyday that requires physical exertion. If you aren't motivated to do a formal exercise routine, have a dance party with your kids or plug in Dance, Dance Revolution into your X-Box (So fun!!). Also, push yourself one day each week to go above and beyond your normal exercise routine.
